This policy covers the data collected by the RelayZap marketing site (relayzap.com) — the early-access waitlist and contact forms. RelayZap is operated by iDefender IT Services Pvt Ltd ("iDefender," "we," "us"). It does not cover mail content once you deploy the RelayZap software yourself — see Section 6.
We do not collect payment information on this site, and we do not require an account to join the waitlist or send a message.
We use the information above to respond to your inquiry, manage the early-access waitlist and reach out about founder pricing, and to maintain and secure this site. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the font files are requested. As of this policy's date, RelayZap does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers who help us operate the waitlist or contact form (for example, an email-delivery provider), and only to the extent needed to provide that function, or where required by law.
6. Self-hosted deployments — your mail never touches our servers. RelayZap runs entirely on infrastructure you control. Mailbox credentials, destination webhooks, and every message it forwards are processed and stored inside your own deployment. iDefender has no access to, and does not receive a copy of, any mail content or credentials from a self-hosted RelayZap instance.
Waitlist and contact-form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to you and manage early access, or until you ask us to delete them.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing info@relayzap.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under local data-protection law.
This site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
