Terms of Service

Last updated: July 21, 2026
This is a standard, general-purpose template covering RelayZap's actual functionality. It is not a substitute for legal advice — have it reviewed by qualified counsel for your jurisdiction before relying on it in production.

1. Acceptance of terms

By joining the RelayZap early-access waitlist, deploying the RelayZap software, or otherwise using any service offered under the RelayZap name, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). RelayZap is operated by iDefender IT Services Pvt Ltd ("iDefender," "we," "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the waitlist, the software, or the site.

2. What RelayZap is

RelayZap is self-hosted software that connects email mailboxes (Gmail, Zoho, and generic IMAP accounts) to chat destinations (Mattermost, Google Chat, or any webhook-compatible tool) so incoming mail is forwarded into a chat channel. RelayZap is currently in early access / pre-launch: features, pricing, and availability may change before general release.

3. Eligibility & the early-access waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific onboarding date, or final pricing. We may prioritize, delay, or decline access at our discretion during early access, and we'll use the contact details you provide solely to manage that process and reach out about founder pricing.

4. License to use the software

Once RelayZap is made available to you, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy and run it on infrastructure you control, solely for your own or your organization's internal use. Ownership of the software, its source code, and associated trademarks remains with iDefender. This license does not permit resale, sublicensing, or redistribution as a competing hosted product without our prior written consent.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RelayZap to violate any applicable law, to reverse-engineer the software beyond what your license permits, to disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to any system, or to forward mail you are not authorized to forward.

7. Fees & pricing

RelayZap's advertised pricing model is flat, based on mailbox count, without per-seat fees. Early-access participants may be offered founder pricing at our discretion. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice ahead of general availability.

8. Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. The software integrates with third-party providers (Gmail, Zoho, Mattermost, Google Chat, and any webhook target you configure); your use of those providers is governed by their own terms, independent of RelayZap.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

RelayZap is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement — particularly given its current early-access / pre-launch status.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iDefender IT Services Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of RelayZap, including loss of data, missed messages, or business interruption.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end early-access participation or your license to use the software if you breach these Terms. You may stop using RelayZap and its services at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves out of early access. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your jurisdiction. (Adjust this section to reflect your actual registered jurisdiction and any consumer-protection requirements that apply to your users.)

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@relayzap.com, or via idefender.io.
